After a very long time finally a new report indicates that the long
awaited LG G Pro 3 handset is expected to be unveiled later this
year. It seems reasonable to think that LG is bringing its G Pro range back, a flagship phablet series of devices that competed with Samsung’s Galaxy Note handsets.
Earlier, LG could have taken the decision to drop the G Pro series of big-screen smartphones, so it can concentrate on making the G4 flagship phone the very best it can.
LG G Pro 3 specs
The LG G Pro 3 is expected to feature a 6-inch screen with a 1440 x 2560 resolution that works out to a 490ppi pixel density. The device also powered by the upcoming Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 820 chipset and 4GB of RAM is said to be inside, along with 32GB of expandable memory.
A 20.7MP camera will grace the back of the unit while the 8MP camera in front snaps selfies. The phablet will run on Android 5.1 and will feature a fingerprint scanner also, which has become a common feature these days.
As for the pricing details; while no exact figure was mentioned by the source, it did state that G Pro 3 will be stamped with an approximate $790 tag, which isn’t exactly cheap.
